4. Styling Services

4.1 Service Description

4.2 Booking and Appointments

To book our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking process
• Pay the required deposit or full fee as specified at the time of booking

All appointments are subject to stylist availability. We will confirm your booking via email within 2 business days of receiving your request.

4.3 Virtual Services

For virtual styling services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a suitable device and internet connection
• Installing any necessary software or applications as advised before the appointment
• Providing accurate information and clear photographs or video as required for the service

StyleSphere is not responsible for technical issues on your end that may affect the quality of virtual services.

4.4 In-Person Services

For in-person styling services, you agree to:

• Be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time
• Provide a safe and appropriate environment if the service is conducted at your home
• Follow any preparation instructions provided before the appointment

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Prices

All prices displayed on our Site are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processors.

5.3 Deposits

For certain services, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the booking process and will be deducted from the total service fee.

5.4 Outstanding Payments

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before or at the time of service delivery, as specified in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service if full payment has not been received.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full service fee

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of £25.

6.3 StyleSphere Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule at a convenient time for you
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible or desired

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are subject to the following terms:

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must be presented (physically or digitally) at the time of service
• Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced
• Subject to our standard booking and cancellation policies

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Styling Advice

While we strive to provide professional styling advice and recommendations, all suggestions are provided as opinions based on our stylists' expertise. The decision to follow any styling advice is entirely yours, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from following our recommendations.

8.2 Shopping Assistance

When providing shopping assistance services:

• We do not serve as a purchasing agent and are not responsible for any purchases you make based on our recommendations
• Any items purchased during shopping sessions are subject to the retailer's terms, conditions, and return policies
• We do not receive commissions from retailers for items purchased during our services (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• StyleSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Site or services
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items during styling sessions, except in cases of gross negligence

8.4 Site Availability and Accuracy

While we strive to keep the Site operational and information accurate:

• We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses
• We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of our Site without notice
• We cannot guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted
• We may update the Site from time to time and may change the content at any time

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All information shared during styling sessions, including but not limited to body measurements, personal preferences, and photographs, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services unless you provide explicit consent for other uses.

We may request permission to use "before and after" photos or testimonials for our portfolio or marketing materials. Such use will only occur with your explicit written consent.

10. Feedback and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Feedback

We value your feedback and strive to provide the highest quality service. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may seek to resolve the dispute through mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Any legal proceedings against StyleSphere must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

For existing bookings, the Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply unless you expressly agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
